Past Pandemics: A Reflection -- Tamon Yamamoto

 I was surprised that the skin of a person with black death turns black because I hadn't known the disease and symptoms before taking todays lesson. I think some disease which change their appearance badly is more terrible than others because these people might be discriminated by their strange appearance. I could learn that if we face pandemic, we need to distinguish between true and false information accurately. Finally, The positive impact of Covid 19 is that many people are now washing their hands, gargling and wearing masks. This has led to fewer cases of influenza and other diseases than in previous years.

    I think Covid-19 pandemics are not good but on the other hand, some field on industry were improved because of this.

  Hello, class! I’m Shiho and from Japan. Also, I’m 19 years old and now live in Kaikorai with Hilary who is my host mother. I have impressed a nature, a view from my home and a wood stove.
