In 2042 -- Mashiro Yamashita

 I expect that medical science will progress than now in 2042. Because of Covid-19, more and more people worry about their health. Therefore, Scientists will study harder about the health. For example, they will be able to produce vaccine faster. When Covid-19 occurs, it took a little while to make the vaccine. It is still fast enough, but it will produce faster.

 I think household robots will become more widespread. For example, the robots can talk. Today, there are such robots, but there are few people who have the robots. In the future, more and more people will have the robots because they feel lonely like living alone. Then, the robots can take care of the housework. It does messy things.

 In my opinion, our lives will be better because of these developments. More diseases can be cured with treatment. On the other hand, the number of obese people will increase, because we don’t have to move. In this way, on the whole, our lives will be better. However, there are also problems.

    Interesting post! Yes I think that household robots might indeed be able to provide company for people living alone. Increasing obesity, as you say, may be a problem brought about by increasing automation and the option of working from home. I think it will remain important in the future to get outside and exercise.
