Ahead of The Game -- Ayano Yoshiike
I have little experience in playing games. However, I like doing them with my friends. I remember the content of the slide show, Ahead of the game which described some benefits of playing games. I was impressed with the fact that playing games help us improve our development. I thought it’s fascinating because children can develop their skills with fun. Generally, students study with textbooks and they get bored. I think games will change this greatly in a good way. Although they are useful tools to develop us, I assume there is a con. I anticipate that children may be addicted to them. I believe games are made to make people concentrate on, so some children will suffer from game addictions. However, if parents or teachers set timer and stop children playing games for a long time, it will be fine. I believe games will bring benefits to education.
I agree with your idea. game must bring benefits to education!
ReplyDeleteHi, Ayano! actually, my younger sis used to be addicted to computer games and then that was terrible so I think there are some drawbacks.
ReplyDeleteAs you mentioned, I think games have lot's of good possibility.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Ayano. There are some disadvantages with playing game, but we can use it to education methods!
ReplyDeleteWell said, Ayano! It has been shown through studies that learning things through playing games is effective. Thus bringing gamification into the classroom is a good idea, I believe.
